Factory-trained and certified technicians provide expert in-shop repair service for your printer, notebook, and other items. Turnaround time is usually two to four days in shop, with further expediting available. We don’t fix everything, only what we sell, so we know the product. We almost always have the needed parts in stock to finish the repair.

-Whole Unit Exchange: For selected printers and terminals, we offer an advance exchange program whereby we send you a refurbished and fully warranted replacement unit. After receiving the replacement unit, you ship back the defective unit (must be "as failed", complete with no switched parts) using the packaging and paperwork we enclose (with the RMA number on it). THIS SERVICE IS THE FASTEST WAY TO GET UP AND RUNNING AGAIN, and it is often less expensive than on-site service. In addition, you will know up front what your cost will be.

-Repair Part Exchange: Many of our parts are available for advance exchange. We send you the fully tested and warranted part. After installation, you send back the defective part ( part must be repairable) with the box and paperwork we provide. This option is often a quick and inexpensive way to fix your printer - with our technical phone support making it easier than you might think.
